Tyler McCarty

Tyler serves as a managing attorney and Shareholder. His practice is focused in mvba’s Appraisal District Litigation department, where he provides practical litigation and general counsel services to dozens of appraisal districts across the State of Texas. He has represented and counseled appraisal districts for nearly a decade on issues arising from ARB administrative proceedings, employment issues, exemptions, special valuations, and boards of directors. Tyler has also successfully represented appraisal districts at both the trial and appellate levels. During law school, he worked as a law clerk at several different firms in the Round Rock-Austin areas, including mvba’s Appraisal District Litigation department.
