Sam Gasway

Samuel Lake Gasway “Sam” joined McCreary, Veselka, Bragg & Allen, P.C. in 2026 and handles appraisal litigation matters. Prior to joining mvba, Sam was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas, where he litigated civil rights and tort lawsuits on behalf of the state’s law enforcement agencies and officers. Sam attended the University of Nebraska College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2025 and won the CALI Award for Negotiations. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Nebraska State Bar.
