Nicholas Goettsche
Nicholas is a shareholder and managing attorney for mvba’s collections practice in Bosque, Coryell, Hill, and Lampasas counties. Nick represents local taxing entities in the collection of delinquent property taxes, ensuring the effective recovery of tax revenue while maintaining a fair and transparent process for taxpayers. Before transitioning to his collections practice, Nick worked with mvba’s appraisal district litigation team providing general counsel services and representing appraisal districts in property valuation disputes. Prior to joining mvba, Nick served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas representing transportation entities in the litigation of eminent domain, premises liability, and tort matters. Nick has extensive experience representing clients across Texas in administrative hearings, mediations, trials, and appellate matters.
