Michael C. Roach

Michael Roach brings extensive Texas local-government experience to mvba. Prior to joining the firm, Michael spent twelve years in elected county government, serving four years as a justice of the peace and eight years as a Texas county judge. During his tenure as county judge, he worked extensively with matters involving county budgeting and finance, property taxation, economic development, infrastructure, elections, and the administration of county government. His experience working directly with elected officials, governmental entities, and the communities they serve provides Michael with a practical understanding of the issues facing local governments throughout Texas.
