Keaton Harlan

Keaton Harlan is an Associate Attorney in MVBA’s Longview office, representing the interests of various taxing authorities across East Texas in matters concerning delinquent property tax collection. Prior to joining MVBA, Keaton earned a B.A. in Physics from The University of Colorado at Boulder. He later attended The University of Tulsa College of Law, where he focused on legal research and writing. This focus culminated in his participation in a research fellowship for the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, where he gained experience in various aspects of federal practice through both casework and collaboration with practitioners.
