Joseph P. McDuffie

Joseph P. McDuffie practices with the Appraisal District Litigation team at McCreary, Veselka, Bragg & Allen (“mvba”). Joseph earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2024, and his B.A. in East Asian Language & Culture from Austin College in 2017. Before joining mvba, Joseph served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas, defending law enforcement agencies and officers in both state and federal court at the trial and appellate level.
