Julie Morgan has more than twenty-five years of experience in receivables management, spanning multiple business roles from sales and marketing to client services. This experience; however, is just one component of her success. Her deep commitment to learning and developing her skills for the benefit of her team and clients has led her to become a champion of taking on new challenges and seeing them through while maintaining a commitment to service and loyalty to her team. Throughout her career, this has served all of those she touches in numerous ways – from improving processes to creating better service models. This is easily seen in the impressive track record she has maintained as a professional.
She began her career in finance at Dun & Bradstreet in 1985 servicing and advising hundreds of clients nationally with business solutions for all phases of their operations. She quickly advanced to the role of Account Executive and Computer Industry Specialist where she took on additional responsibility including training new representatives and managing sales goals. Overall, she managed accounts generating the business more than $1.2 million in annual revenues and achieved 105% of annual sales target objective while winning several awards for service and professionalism within the organization.
This led her to a Marketing and Client Development role at a leading receivable management solutions provider where she managed multiple responsibilities ranging from RFP submissions and events to marketing coordination on all marketing campaigns. There, she was active in Quality Performance initiatives and developing Performance Standards and Audit Guidelines for all departments and branch offices. She was promoted to Client Services Supervisor for the court fines and fees department where she managed multiple internal staff and a portfolio of over 800 government clients across the United States.
