Cathleen Smith has served the law firm of McCreary, Veselka, Bragg, & Allen as their call center supervisor for the last 12 years, enabling the firm to flawlessly perform its collections operations. During her tenure, she has expertly trained numerous collections specialists and trainers. In addition to allocating and managing the timely and accurate collections of delinquent accounts. This has greatly contributed to the revenue streams of several counties cities and colleges in the state of Texas. Through her hard work, dedication, and passion for this industry, Cathleen has created a collection department that is second to none.
Prior to joining the MVBA firm, Cathleen managed the KPN Telecom call center in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, developing her skills in call center operations management, human capital development, and human resources operations. Through all of her hands on experience, Cathleen’s become a well-trained collections professional, which in turn has enabled the MVBA Law Firm to develop their collections department as a core competency which has had a positive and lasting impact on the local community.
