ANTHONY PEREGOY, joined MVBA in September 2016. Anthony is an Associate Attorney who assists in delinquent tax collection efforts. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from the University of Texas in Austin (2013), where he also minored in Middle Eastern Studies and Arabic. Anthony graduated from Baylor Law School in 2016, where he was appointed to the Baylor Barrister Society for performance in oral and written advocacy. Additionally, Anthony was awarded the Justice James A. Baker Memorial Clerkship with the Supreme Court of Texas by the Dallas Bar Foundation during his legal studies. Anthony resides in northern Austin, Texas where he enjoys a variety of outdoor activities like boating, paddleboarding, basketball, and hiking.
Prior to law school and beginning at MVBA, Anthony interned at Focused Advocacy, LLC working in the field of oil and gas regulation within the Texas Legislature. In this role, Anthony learned about the private side of state government and how to manage complex client relationships while achieving regulatory goals. Anthony grew up in Plano, Texas where he attended high school and where his parents, Rich and Vida, still reside.
