Alicia Worth serves as the Customer Service Manager for MVBA’s Fines and Fees Division. Alicia brings with her more than ten years of customer service knowledge and experience from working directly with clients and customers to managing customer service teams. For the past five years, Alicia has dedicated herself to customer service within the firm. The clients, defendants, and staff at MVBA all appreciate her calming, patient approach and her extensive commitment to helping everyone around her.
Her commitment to client services and exceptional results has led her to take on the role of Senior Advisor for Warrant Round Up and Dialer Manager in addition to supporting reporting and working with clients to troubleshoot issues and create new strategies for results. Her support and dedication to the team is critical in creating a successful client model that allows us to maximize results for each and every client we acquire while ensuring that service levels are never affected.
A passion for expanding her own knowledge, educating and supporting customers, and creating more effective systems to serve internal and external stakeholders has led her to create her own unique, varied role within the firm. She was responsible for creating a new customer service division in the firm from creating job roles to collaborating on integrated processes to create more effective and seamless client experience. The systems she put in place have allowed MVBA to add multiple new clients on their roster while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service and one-on-one support.
Alicia manages the company’s administrative employees, overseeing project management, training, and day-to-day management responsibilities. In addition, she assists management staff regularly, serving as a liaison between management and administrative staff to ensure projects and tasks are completed, meetings are up to date, and strategies are being executed.
