JAVIER GUTIERREZ is an associate with MVBA, where his practice is concentrated on ad valorem tax matters. Javier represents taxing entities and appraisal districts in both delinquent tax collections and appraisal value litigation matters across the state. He is also a member of several local chapters of the Texas Association of Assessing Officers. Javier is originally from Hebbronville, Texas where he graduated from high school. He attended Texas A&I University in Kingsville and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1992 with a BBA in Real Estate Finance. Javier received his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 1995.
